Documents Required for Enrolment

Must have proof of Identity and eligibility to enrol in a New Zealand School.

A copy of full birth certificate (unabridged - showing parent's names). AND
NZ & Australian Citizens: Copy of New Zealand or Australian passport (photo page) or NZ citizenship certificate.
All other students: Certified copies of passport (photo page) and Residency Visa or Domestic Student Visa, together with parents' passports and residency or work visas.

Westlake Boys Statutory Declaration completed and signed by a Solicitor or Justice of the Peace.
A complete copy of your most recent electricity invoice (all pages) showing the supply address.
A complete copy of your most recent internet invoices (all pages)

If you are renting

A copy of your tenancy agreement. The minimum tenancy for initial enrolment is a one-year fixed-term agreement covering the student's first year of attendance and must be in the name of the parents or legal guardians. Flatshare/subletting agreement not accepted.
A copy of your bond receipt letter from Tenancy Services (ph 0800 737 666 for a copy)

OR If you own your property

A copy of your most recent Auckland Council General or Water Rates: OR
If the property has been purchased within the last 3 months, a copy of the solicitor's final settlement letter.
Trust properties must provide written evidence of the Trustee names and include a declaration from the Trustees declaring a right to occupy the property.
Company properties must provide written evidence of the named Directors and include a declaration confirming the right to occupy the property.
A copy of a shared care agreement in the case of separated residences.

Sibling is a current student - sibling's full birth certificate.
Sibling is a past student - sibling's full birth certificate AND copy of school report/testimonial/school photo
Father is a past student - Father's passport photo page AND copy of school report/testimonial/school photo
